Ernest Gordon Recruitment based in Exeter is seeking a proactive Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our engineering team. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and a clear path to management, with ownership of your development from day one.

Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Engineering)

£28,000 rising to £32,000 upon promotion + Excellent Commission (£45-£50k OTE Yr 1) + Clear Pathway to Management + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + benefits
