Balance Education Limited is seeking a practical Multi Skills Tutor to teach bricklaying and related trades to apprentices and 16-19 learners. The role combines mentoring with hands-on delivery, guiding learners as they build industry-ready skills and a pathway into education.
You will deliver practical sessions, share your industry knowledge, and support learners’ development with access to training, aiming for a long, rewarding career in education.
Are you an experienced Bricklayer looking for something different? Would you enjoy passing on your knowledge to the next generation of tradespeople rather than spending every day on site? We're working with a well-established training provider looking to add a practical Multi Skills Tutor to their growing team. The role would suit someone with a background in Brickwork, ideally with some Carpentry experience, who enjoys mentoring others and wants a long-term career within education. You'll be working with apprentices and full-time learners aged 16-19, delivering practical sessions, supporting their development and helping them build the skills they'll use throughout their careers. Previous teaching experience isn't essential. If you've got solid industry knowledge, good communication skills and the right attitude, full support can be provided to help you transition into training.
