Job summary

BA Commercial is seeking a motivated A Level leaver or graduate to join our Chester team as a Trainee Commercial Property Estate Agent. You will gain hands-on experience across valuations, inspections, market research and agency instructions.

Working closely with senior surveyors, you will prepare reports, support lease advisory and asset management, and develop through a structured training programme toward the RICS Commercial pathway qualification. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Organised, analytical and good communication skills.
• Ambition to develop toward professional qualifications.
• Valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with valuations, inspections, viewings and market research.
• Support lease advisory, property/asset management and agency instructions.
