Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a detail‑driven, results‑oriented professional for a on-site role at our Shirebrook HQ. You will manage the product lifecycle, ensuring the right product at the right time and price, using Excel to analyse large data sets and spot opportunities.

You will collaborate across functions to drive sales and profit targets. Based in our Commercial Team, you will support new product selection, maintain accurate catalogues, and contribute to budget planning and category

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail stores or a similar commercial role.
• Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock position and upcoming orders to ensure products are delivered on time.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure sell-through data meets KPIs.
• Support expansion of existing categories by introducing new products and ranges.
• Participate in supplier meetings and develop stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Assist with account management tasks such as cancellations and reconciliations.
• Analyse sell-through data to identify opportunities and inform leadership decisions.
• Keep brand product catalogues up to date and update budgets as needed.
• Analyse product performance and update budgets accordingly.

Job description

This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ As part of the Frasers Group Commercial Team, you will manage the product lifecycle, making sure we offer the right product, at the right place and right price, at the right time. Understanding the processes and systems we use to analyse sales data and spot opportunities is key to the role, developing your decision making, communication and product management skills. You will support new product selection and creation, ensuring that these products are accurately added to Frasers' product portfolio. You will work collaboratively to contribute to the delivery of department and company sales and profit targets. Working with data is a big part of this role so expect to be using Excel regularly and interpreting large data-sets to draw conclusions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have fantastic analytical skills, this could be the role for you. You will:

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock position and upcoming orders to ensure products are delivered on time
• Collaborate with functions across the department to ensure the sell through data meets business KPI's
• Support with expanding our existing categories, and exploring new ones by introducing new products and ranges
• Be involved in supplier meetings, note taking and developing stakeholder management and negotiation skills to maximise opportunities
• Support with account management responsibilities such as cancellations, orderbook reconciles, attributes, images etc.
• Analysing sell through data to spot the biggest opportunities and working with leadership to understand how we can maximise on these
• Ensure that our brand product catalogues are as up to date, removing discontinued lines and updating where necessary
• Analysing the performance of our products and updating budgets accordingly

Requirements

• Calling stock into the business in line with company cover requirements
• Experience working in Retail stores, or within a similar commercial focussed role
• Excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset and an eye for detail
• Self motivated, proactive, with a can-do attitude
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills and able to build effective stakeholder relationships
• Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure
