Frasers Group is seeking a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to support the Section Manager in managing daily operations and shifts for the technical cleaning team within our UK warehouse. You will coordinate with Facilities, Automation, and Operations to uphold high cleanliness and safety standards while ensuring compliance with COSHH and health & safety regulations.
You will oversee schedules, conduct 1-2-1 reviews, and use CAFM systems and Microsoft Office 365 for reporting and scheduling,
As a key support to the Section Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and shift management of the technical cleaning team. Working closely with Facilities, Automation, and Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and care in high-risk, low-usage areas within the warehouse. This role requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including COSHH, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety regulations. You will also attend annual training on cleaning machinery and commercial equipment. Your primary responsibility is to maintain a clean, well-presented warehouse, focusing on hard-to-reach operational zones while ensuring general cleaning and waste management standards are upheld.
