React Recruitment Ltd. is assisting a Sittingbourne client in recruiting a Trainee CNC Miller for a permanent position. The role offers training and progression with a starting pay from £13.00 per hour, dependent on skill level, and a 39-hour week with OT available.

Hours are 7.30am to 4pm, Friday 3pm finish; monthly pay and full training are included. The successful candidate will learn CAD/CAM programming and CNC Miller operations.

Qualifications

• No prior CNC training required; full training will be provided.
• Ability to learn CNC settings and programming.
• Interest in engineering/manufacturing and a practical, hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, operate and program CNC Miller components.
• Work with materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and titanium.
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow QA procedures.
