Minimum academic qualifications of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
At least 2 years of previous office experience
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Your Role
As a Trainee Closing Team Administrator, you will support Partners and Directors nationwide in the efficient closure of insolvency cases alongside the Team Manager. This role is in-person, offering valuable exposure to professional services, structured training, and hands-on experience in insolvency administration. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive and professional management of a delegated insolvency portfolio, ensuring cases progress in accordance with set timescales
Drafting reports, correspondence, and insolvency documentation to assist the Closings Team Manager
Liaising with directors, creditors, and debtors with professionalism and discretion
Completing statutory tasks and formalities while maintaining strict compliance with deadlines
Keeping checklists updated weekly to track case progression
Monitoring fees to ensure they are drawn regularly in line with creditor resolutions
Upholding strict confidentiality in all client matters
Providing administrative support to ensure case closures are carried out in an effective manner
Adapting to changing workload demands, including occasional overtime when required
