Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership for a production line and team of Production Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and packing lines, support team members, and uphold food safety, product quality, health and safety, and brand integrity.
• Assign roles and give instructions to team members reporting into you.
• Monitor GMP, food safety, brand integrity and people safety for your line and area.
• Complete food safety audits weekly and fill-in relevant paperwork.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, contact engineering when needed, and report issues to Zone Leader.
