Job summary

First Choice Drainage Solutions is seeking a Trainee Drainage CCTV Processor to join our Matching Green office. You will learn to process CCTV drainage surveys and generate technical reports under guidance from the CCTV Processor.

You will assist with coordination of engineers, customer enquiries and general admin, while training progresses toward independent CCTV reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full training provided.
• Must be eager to learn and develop in drainage industry.
• Good computer skills and ability to use office software.

Responsibilities

• Learn to review CCTV surveys and produce professional reports with training.
• Process CCTV footage, survey information and supporting docs.
• Handle customer queries via calls and emails professionally.
• Support booking, scheduling and prioritising engineers' workloads.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and paperwork.
