Listers Group’s Lexus dealership in Coventry is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is designed to learn the business from the ground up and develop selling skills with strong coaching. The successful candidate will have a pathway to future Listers Group management within the automotive sector.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, training, and support to meet targets and KPI’s, with a clear progression plan and a focus on delivering a superb customer journey.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Executive to join our sales team at our Lexus Dealership in Coventry.

The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays).

Typically you can expect to earn £35,000 - £45,000 in your first year, plus the use of a company car.

• This is a genuine “learn the business” role and our expectation will be for the successful individual to observe and learn every aspect of selling a car, as well as the smooth running of a dealerships sales department.
