Job summary

Booker Group in the UK is offering a permanent Trainee Butcher role at 38 hours per week. You will be trained in boning, breakdown and trimming meat cuts, with a clear pathway to higher pay grades as you gain skills.

You will work in a safe environment and join a team that values service and reliability. After training, progression through pay grades is available; join a business that supports employee welfare and savings schemes.

Main Responsibilities

• As a trainee you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.
• Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications
• Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation
• After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
