Job summary

Fidelius Group in Bath is seeking a focused team support role within the Business Quality (BQ) function. You will assist with managing business issues and complaint investigations to resolution, while producing monthly and quarterly management information to support file checking.

You will also handle data related to mortgage letters and remedial actions, communicate monthly updates to teams, and manage the BQ inbox to allocate tasks.
