Arriva Kent & Surrey Limited is recruiting for a Trainee Bus Driver at our Derby depot. You will start with full paid training to obtain your PCV licence, then work with a mentor as you gain driving experience on rotating shifts from early mornings to evenings.

The role focuses on serving communities by transporting customers safely and reliably. The position offers progression opportunities, overtime, CPC training, and access to staff benefits as part of Arriva’s inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades

• Complete paid training at Arriva Training School and obtain PCV licence.
• Work with a mentor for several weeks after training to develop driving skills.
• Rotate through 5 out of 7 shifts including early mornings, afternoons and evenings.
