Stagecoach Group in Kilmarnock is hiring a Trainee Bus Driver with no experience needed. You will train while earning, working toward a PCV licence and joining a friendly, community-focused team.

Starting pay is £15.10 per hour rising over time, with annual salary around £30,622, plus paid training, pension, and travel benefits. No prior bus driving experience is required; you’ll learn on the job.

Pay & Progression

• £15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026
• £15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026
• £15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027
• Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £30,622 per year (pro rata for part-time)
• Overtime available to boost earnings
