Stagecoach is hiring a qualified bus driver in Kilmarnock. You will train, obtain your PCV licence, and begin driving for a leading UK operator. A £2,500 joining bonus is offered with milestones of £500 after 4 weeks and £1,000 after 12 and 24 months, with ongoing pay uplifts.

Pay & Progression

• £15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026
• £15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026
• £15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027
• Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £33,120 per year including uplifts (pro rata for part-time)
• Overtime available to boost earnings
