Stagecoach South Scotland in Dunfermline is recruiting a Trainee Bus Driver to join our team. You’ll enjoy excellent work-life balance, set rest days, and weekends off every third week on all rosters.

Starting salary £31,000 per year with overtime opportunities, rising to £35,500 after 12 months of service. Training costs are covered to achieve a national transport qualification and PCV licence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Willing to deliver great customer service with a patient, safe and courteous driving approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive customers safely to healthcare, work, shopping, and leisure destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger safety.
• Participate in training to achieve national Passenger Transport qualification and PCV licence.

Salary

£31000 per year, rising to £35500 after 12 months plus overtime at an enhanced rate

Starting salary £31000 per year plus overtime - zero training costs

£13.45 per hour whilst training

£14.72 per hour 0 - 12 months,

£16.22 per hour after 12 months service

Overtime paid at £19.00 per hour for all overtime at all levels of service

Salary increases to £35500 per year after 12 months, plus overtime opportunities!

Get paid to train and zero training costs as not only will you be earning from day one, we'll also pay for all of your training costs to achieve a recognised national qualification in Passenger Transport and your PCV licence, worth around £4,000.

Guaranteed 42 minimum hours with overtime for those who want to increase their earnings at enhanced rates.

Trainee Bus Driver - Dunfermline Depot

Stagecoach are looking for a limited number of trainee bus drivers to join our fantastic team here in Dunfermline Depot.

Excellent Work-Life Balance so you can fit work around your existing commitments. Set rest day pattern so you know your days off months in advance. Weekend off every 3rd week as minimum on all rosters.
