Job summary

Stagecoach in Kendal is offering an apprenticeship to become a PCV bus driver. You will earn while you learn, with fully paid training to gain your PCV licence and a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.

During training you will be paid £14.90 per hour for 8-10 weeks, then £16.00 per hour once qualified, based on a 40-hour week, with typical annual earnings of £33,280. Shift patterns are 5 days over 7, at Kendal depot.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Two years' recent driving experience.
• UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK and DVLA eligibility.
• Patient, safe and courteous.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to secure your PCV licence and CPC training.
