You’ll start on £14.32 per hour, increasing to £14.75 once qualified after 12 months. This is a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed contracted hours and rotas planned in advance, giving you stability and flexibility around your working week. You’ll work a variety of morning, evening and weekend shifts, with weekday time off built into your rota, plus opportunities for overtime to increase your earnings where available.
You’ll operate local bus services across Port Talbot and the surrounding areas, helping people get to work, education, appointments, shopping and days out. As a customer-facing role, you’ll be at the heart of the communities you serve, with safety, professionalism and reliability at the centre of everything you do. You’ll play an important role in keeping people across South Wales connected, while providing a safe, comfortable and reliable journey every day.
No PCV licence is required, full training is provided.
