If you've held a full UK driving licence for at least six months, we'll support you every step of the way by funding your PCV and CPC training. Once qualified, you'll play an important role in connecting local communities by providing safe, reliable transport for our customers.
Our comprehensive 13-month training programme is designed to support you throughout your first year as a bus driver. Delivered by industry experts and specialist training partners, the programme combines interactive learning with practical development to help you build the skills and confidence needed for success.
Training covers a wide range of topics, including customer service, incident management, safeguarding, and much more.
