Job summary

Optima Recruitment Limited is seeking a Trainee BIM CAD Technician based in Leatherhead. The role offers a pathway from 2D surface modelling to 3D solid modelling within an established building services environment.

You will work under a senior co-ordinator and contribute to installation drawings and schematics. The ideal candidate is IT literate, familiar with AutoCAD, and understands engineering principles and construction methods.

An ambitious Trainee BIM CAD Technician is needed to join a growing company; an established organisation which specialises in the production of fully engineered and co-ordinated building services models which satisfy the latest BIM requirements.

Must be keen to learn as this is a fantastic opportunity for a trainee CAD technician to join an established organisation as part of a growing team with a combined experience of over 60 years in building services projects.

• Based in Leatherhead
• £24,400 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
• Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
• 20 days holiday increasing annually to a maximum of 25
• Company contribution pension 4%
