Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee to join our Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Market Making team. As a team member in one of the most prominent ETF Market Making desks in Europe, you will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into the fast-growing European ETF ecosystem and participate in challenging topics and projects.

You will primarily support the ETF Sales Trading team and assist Sales Traders with daily tasks, including:

• Supporting KYC-related topics
• Helping onboard new ETF Issuers
• Sending inventory and flow reports to ETF Issuers
• Performing various ad hoc pre- and post-trading tasks
• Automating processes using applications such as Python
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis aligned with market developments
• Creating market analyses
• Managing organizational tasks

Profile required

• A degree or equivalent in a Finance-related subject
• Good basic knowledge of finance, especially financial and derivatives products
• Proficiency in Python and VBA is highly advantageous
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent collaborator and team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English
