Responsibilities
Our 1,340 shops are at the heart of our business, and they all play a key part in their local community. As a retail colleague, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that our shops offer a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.
Day-to-day, you will process customer’s bets, ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly, help with their inquiries, maintain our shop standards, and after training, deputize for the Shop Manager. Being socially responsible is very important to us; a key part of your role will be to ensure that all our customers bet within their means, and that our ‘Think 21’ policy is always followed.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over to work in one of our betting shops. While an interest in sports and betting is an advantage, no prior experience is needed as we provide a structured training program to support and develop you as an Assistant Sales Manager. We also offer further training and development opportunities, as we support internal progression and are looking for individuals eager to grow their careers.
