Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd in Manchester is offering a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor position. No prior experience required; you'll complete a 6‑month training programme at our Manchester Head Office to prepare for BOHS P402 qualification and start surveying various properties.

After qualification you’ll carry out asbestos surveys in residential, commercial and industrial buildings, while travelling across the Northwest and occasionally beyond.

• Work with supervisors, clients and the public in professional environments.
• Travel to client sites across the Northwest and beyond.
• Participate in weekend rotas and occasional away work.

The Role:

As a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-month training programme based at our Manchester Head Office. Training is delivered both in-house and on client sites, giving you the practical experience and theoretical knowledge required to achieve your BOHS P402 qualification.

Once qualified, you’ll carry out asbestos surveys on a wide range of properties, from residential homes to commercial and industrial buildings—always adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with and learn to conduct asbestos surveys on domestic properties.
