Job summary

Bright Little Stars Ltd. in Barnet is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship with a path to a nationally recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification. The role includes a five-week paid trial to determine learner fit and then matching you with an appropriate apprentice provider.

You will gain hands-on experience in a childcare environment, supported by mentors and qualified teachers, with opportunities for progression after completing the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Willingness to learn and develop in childcare settings.
• Ability to engage and support early years learners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a five-week paid trial to assess learner suitability.
• Match learner needs to apprenticeship providers.
• Work with qualified teachers and mentors to complete apprenticeship.
• Take part in dedicated apprentice support days and wellbeing programme.
