In the early stages you will shadow experienced agronomists, assisting with tasks such as crop walking, soil and plant assessments, and gathering field information. As your knowledge grows, you will gradually take on more responsibility and begin building your professional presence and customer base within your local area.

About You

  • Strong communication skills and a confident, personable manner
  • Good organisation and time‑management skills
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • A full UK driving licence and readiness to travel

Previous agricultural experience—through work and/or study—is essential, along with a positive, can‑do attitude and the ambition to build a long‑term career as an agronomist.
