The Role

As a Horticultural Agronomist, you’ll provide technical advice and crop management recommendations tailored to your customers’ needs. Working closely with growers, you’ll help optimise crop health, quality and yield while building trusted, long‑term partnerships.

You’ll also play an active role in developing your customer base, promoting Hutchinsons’ products, services and technologies, and contributing to the continued growth of our horticulture business.

About You
  • Have a strong horticultural background, ideally with agronomy or practical crop management experience.
  • Hold BASIS and FACTS qualifications, or are keen to work towards them.
  • Enjoy building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Can translate technical knowledge into practical, commercial advice.
  • Are self‑motivated, proactive and customer‑focused.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and are willing to travel.
