Job summary

Hutchinsons is seeking an Agronomist to join our growing South East team, focusing on viticulture and top fruit production across vineyards and growers in the region.

You will provide expert agronomy advice, build strong customer relationships, and promote Hutchinsons’ leading services and technologies while developing your own agronomy portfolio and contributing to sustainable, profitable farming.

Qualifications

• A strong horticultural background and experience in agronomy or crop management.
• Interest in viticulture and/or top fruit production.
• BASIS and FACTS qualifications, or the ambition to achieve them.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two dynamic and expanding sectors, supporting vineyard and top fruit growers to maximise plant health, fruit quality and yield while developing sustainable, profitable businesses.

The Role

You’ll provide expert agronomy advice with a focus on vineyards and top fruit production, becoming a trusted partner to growers across the region. Alongside building strong customer relationships, you’ll promote Hutchinsons’ industry-leading services and technologies while developing your own successful agronomy portfolio.

About You

• A strong horticultural background, ideally with agronomy or practical crop management experience.
