About Us:
Royal Devon University Healthcare provides high-quality, compassionate care. Our neonatal unit (LNU) offers expert care for level 2 babies, and is accredited by Bliss Platinum and UNICEF Baby Friendly Gold.
The Role:
As a Trainee ANNP, you will develop skills in advanced neonatal practice, working alongside experienced neonatologists and ANNPs. You will gain hands-on experience in assessment, investigation, and diagnosis, contributing to the care of premature and unwell babies and their families. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in neonatal care.
This is a training post; you will complete a 1-year University of Southampton ANNP training course leading to an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. After graduation, you will join the neonatal resident doctors' rota and work with a team of established ANNPs under the lead neonatologist.

Pay: The salary reflects Agenda for Change 5/6 rates, including a pay award to be implemented later this year. If you join before then, pay will be backdated. Until then, remuneration is based on the 4/5 pay bandings (NHS Employers).
