Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the Urgent Response Team within the Urgent and Emergency Care clinical group. The 24‑month accredited apprenticeship leads to an MSc in Advanced Practice and progression to 8a on successful completion.

You will be supervised by Acute Medicine Consultants, Consultant Nurses and Senior ACPs to deliver high‑quality patient-centred care, using advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment within an

• High level communication and negotiation skills required.
• Computer literacy and full professional registration with NMC/HCPC.
• Degree status at baseline and substantial post-registration experience.
• Registration with appropriate professional bodies is essential.

• Provide direct clinical care with health assessment and treatment initiation.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary team development and education.
• Evaluate care through quality assurance and outcomes.
• Act as expert resource for other health professionals.
