Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical practitioner role within urgent care and ED.
• Ability to diagnose and manage complex presentations.
• Independently assess, investigate, and initiate treatment when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex, urgent presentations (adults and children).
• Request and interpret investigations to support clinical decisions.
• Make autonomous diagnostic decisions and initiate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as a non-medical independent prescriber within scope of practice.
• Lead resuscitation in emergencies and discharge patients safely.
