Job summary

Armstrong Watson is recruiting for its Level 7 Chartered Pathway Programme (Start Ahead) in Glasgow, starting September 2027. Earn a salary, gain qualifications and build real experience from day one as you progress toward a Level 7 qualification.

You’ll rotate across Business Services, Audit & Assurance and Tax, with structured learning, mentors and client exposure, developing technical knowledge, communication skills and professional confidence throughout a six-year journey.

Qualifications

• UK/Scottish exam route accepted (A-Levels or Scottish Highers) with minimum UCAS points
• GCSEs including Maths and English at grade 5/C or higher
• Must be at least 18 by 31 August 2027

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured six-year pathway with formal learning and professional exams
• Gain real client experience through placements across service lines
• Study for globally recognised qualifications and progress toward Level 7 (Master's degree equivalent)
