Armstrong Watson in Leeds invites ambitious individuals to join the Level 7 Chartered Pathway Programme as Trainee Accountant / Tax Adviser. This full-time role starts in September 2027, offering a six-year, structured route with on-the-job learning, fully funded qualifications and a real salary from day one.

You’ll work across Business Services, with support from mentors and a dedicated training network, aiming for Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Adviser status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 96 UCAS points from A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications.
• GCSEs: 7/5 grades at C or above, including Maths and English.
• Open to graduates and current students; sponsorship not offered for visas.

Responsibilities

• Study for fully funded professional qualifications while earning a salary.
• Progress through Level 7 pathway towards master’s degree equivalent.
• Gain experience across Business Services with client exposure.
• Work with mentors and training providers to develop technical and professional skills.
