Job summary

Armstrong Watson in Kendal is launching a Level 7 Chartered Pathway Programme for trainees starting September 2027. This six-year programme combines real client experience with fully funded professional qualifications, a full salary and a clear route to Level 7 (Master’s degree equivalent).

You’ll rotate across Business Services, Audit & Assurance and other service lines, supported by mentors and a structured development pathway to Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Adviser status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 96 UCAS points from A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications.
• Minimum 7 GCSEs or 6 National Fives at Grade 5 (C) or above, including Maths and English.
• Be at least 18 years of age by 31 August 2027.
• Sponsorship visas are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Six-year programme with fully funded qualifications and a full salary.
• Progress to Level 7 qualification, equivalent to a Master’s degree.
• Work across Business Services, Audit & Assurance and tailored placements.
