Armstrong Watson in Kendal invites applications for the Level 7 Chartered Pathway Programme (Start Ahead) – Trainee Accountant. Earn a salary, study AAT Levels 3-4 and ACA, and progress to Level 7 while gaining real client experience.

The six-year programme starts September 2027 across Business Services, with rotations and regional offices in Glasgow, Carlisle, Newcastle, Leeds or Manchester; candidates must meet UCAS and GCSE requirements and be 18 by 31 August 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 96 UCAS points from A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications.
• Minimum 7 GCSEs including Maths and English, and at least one science.
• Be at least 18 years old by 31 August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Join a structured six-year programme commencing September 2027.
• Study AAT Levels 3 and 4, then ACA, leading to Chartered Accountant status.
