Scrutton Bland in Ipswich is inviting applications for an Early Careers Trainee Programme, offering a path into audit or accounts with full study support. You’ll join a friendly, professional team, gain hands-on client experience from day one, and develop both technical and soft skills through our academy and cohort training.

The programme leads to AAT or ACA qualifications and starts with a strong foundation in English and Maths. Contract is permanent, full-time, with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at minimum required.
• Proven communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance work with professional study.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on experience within Audit or Accounts.
• Support audits or prepare accounts for clients.
• Progress through training while developing technical and soft skills.
