Job Description

• Provide support in preparing monthly management accounts accurately and on time.
• Cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with monthly payroll activities.
• Contribute to business improvement projects, both autonomously and as directed.
• Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area to support rapid business growth.
• Continuously improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in mathematics (achieved or expected).
• Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed.
• Experience or extracurricular activities related to finance are a plus.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Desire to learn and develop a career in finance.
