Job summary

Pareto is recruiting for a Trainee Account Manager in the UK. The role offers a strong training programme, supportive leadership and clear progression toward senior roles and leadership positions in the future.

You will learn the marketplace, support senior managers with cross-selling, and independently manage smaller accounts while building relationships with new clients via prospecting and email outreach. After 9–12 months, face-to-face client meetings become a key part of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of their offering and marketplace.
• Support senior account managers with up and cross selling into larger accounts.
• Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts.
• Develop relationships with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and strategic emails.
• Understand customers' needs and sell the right solution.
