Job summary

Pareto in the United Kingdom is seeking a Trainee Account Manager who speaks German to join a growing client’s team. You’ll learn their communications technology and support senior managers while building relationships with mid-to-large UK enterprises.

After 9–12 months you’ll begin meeting clients face to face and take ownership of business relationships. The role offers a clear path to progression, a £35k base salary with £40k OTE, plus training, pension and social events.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ambitious and determined.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a comprehensive working knowledge of their offering and the marketplace they operate within.
• Support senior account managers with up and cross selling into larger accounts.
• Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts.
• Develop relationships with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and emails.
• Meet clients face to face after 9–12 months and take ownership of business relationships.
