Great Western Railway (GWR) is recruiting a Train Service Delivery Controller based in Swindon to manage the live train service in real time. You will coordinate plans, respond to disruptions and work with Control, onboard colleagues and station teams to keep customers informed.

The role requires calm, clear communication and decisive problem-solving in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Training is provided, with a 10-week onboarding and hands-on development across teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage live train service in real time to maintain safety and reliability.
• Coordinate train plan and respond to disruptions.
