Job summary

Hitachi Rail in Bristol is seeking a Train Presentation Supervisor to oversee KPI-driven train presentation operations for the Class 800 fleet. The role covers quality audits, reporting, and coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams on the Stoke Gifford site, working on a rotating night shift.

You will manage KPI inspections, maintain records in SAP, and ensure compliance with HR and health and safety policies while developing procedures for cleaning, grounds and waste services.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering service quality and audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
• Experience with HR policy compliance and staff development.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and record daily KPI inspections and support KPI audits.
• Produce daily and periodic KPI reports for Operations.
• Maintain KPI records in SAP and other systems.
• Collaborate with Production teams to meet train presentation standards.
• Oversee cleaning services and supervise cleaners and contractors.
• Monitor teams to ensure duties are completed and standards maintained.
• Manage stock rotation and safety of cleaning materials on site.
• Develop and maintain procedures for cleaning, grounds and waste services.
• Ensure compliance with statutory health, safety and environmental licences and documentation.
• Provide KPI training and contribute to PDP and performance reviews.
• Represent Hitachi Rail professionally and support staff development.
