Job summary

Indespension is a leading manufacturer of trailers, offering sales, parts and towing accessories, servicing and repair. The position of Retail Sales & Service Advisor is based at the Belfast Branch, 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, with a competitive salary of £26,208 per annum and a bonus scheme.

The successful candidate will actively contribute to branch sales and margins by increasing sales to existing and new customers, while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in a trade counter environment, motor trade or hire industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A full clean driving licence preferable; Fork Lift Truck training if required.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell (face to face and over the telephone) and promote Indespension trailers/parts/associated equipment, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Serve customers politely and efficiently at the counter, off site, or on the telephone with professional and timely advice.
• Advise and take orders for trailer hire and towbar fitting, updating the diary accordingly.
