Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting three Traffic Marshalls for a long-term project at a secure prison facility in the United Kingdom. Pay is GBP 18.00 per hour (CIS) with a start date of Monday 14 September 2026. The contract runs until 2028, with three vacancies available.

Responsibilities include traffic control, access security, and pedestrian safety, following strict site procedures. Candidates must hold a CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Control qualification and a CSCS card, and be willing

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Control qualification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Willing to undergo standard secure site/vetting checks.
• Reliable, observant and safety-focused with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Traffic Control: safely directing all site traffic, vehicles and deliveries.
• Access Security: coordinate vehicle movements per prison security protocols.
• Pedestrian Safety: ensure safe segregation between plant, vehicles and people.
