Job summary

Setsquare in Plymouth is seeking a long-term traffic marshal to join ASAP. You will direct vehicles, monitor site access, and support safety and efficiency of vehicle movements on a busy construction site.

The role requires NPORS/CPCS with traffic marshal experience and a valid driving licence (DL). You will work to improve site security, manage deliveries, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• NPORS/CPCS with traffic marshall experience is required.
• A valid driving licence (DL) is mandatory.
• Experience directing vehicles and maintaining site safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Directing vehicles to designated parking areas to minimize congestion.
• Assessing risks on a construction site.
• Developing strategies to improve vehicle movements without compromising safety.
• Maintaining security and surveillance on-site.
• Recording deliveries and managing visitor logbook.
• Conducting visitor safety briefings and ensuring PPE is worn.
• Ensuring that drivers and workers adhere to health and safety regulations on-site.
• Facilitating the movement of cranes, dump trucks, and heavy vehicles on-site.
