We are currently looking to hire an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our project at Sellafield on the KDP8 Framework.

The Traffic Marshall Role:

Traffic Marshalls are responsible for managing and directing traffic safely and efficiently within the construction site, with knowledge of hand gestures, traffic cones, and barriers. They are fully committed to and actively promote all aspects of Build Sure and SRM values, culture, and behaviors throughout the project. Complete general site duties when asked to do so.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Relevant CSCS card
• Knowledge of traffic management legislations
• Traffic Marshall training
• Positive work culture with consistent behaviors and conduct – an assessment may be carried out as part of the interview process
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• IOSH Working Safely certification

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in a nuclear environment
• Experience working in a construction environment
