The Traffic Marshall Role:

Traffic Marshalls are responsible for managing and directing traffic safely and efficiently within the construction site. This includes knowledge of hand gestures, traffic cones, and barriers. The role requires full commitment to and active promotion of all aspects of Build Sure and SRM values, culture, and behaviors throughout the project. Additionally, general site duties may be assigned as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of traffic management legislations
• Traffic Marshall training certification
• A positive work culture with consistent behaviors and conduct (an assessment may be carried out as part of the interview process)
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in a nuclear environment
• Experience working in a construction environment
