Traffic Marshalls are responsible for managing and directing traffic safely and efficiently within the construction site. This includes knowledge of hand gestures, traffic cones, and barriers. The role requires full commitment to and active promotion of all aspects of Build Sure and SRM values, culture, and behaviors throughout the project. Additionally, general site duties may be assigned as needed.
