Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Canterbury. You will direct and control site traffic, ensuring a safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians.

The role requires a valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket, construction site experience, and good health and safety awareness. You must be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket.
• Previous experience on a construction site.
• Good understanding of site health & safety procedures.
• Full PPE - hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Directing and controlling site traffic
• Banking vehicles safely on and off site
• Assisting with deliveries and vehicle movements
• Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles are kept safely separated
• Maintaining a safe and organised site entrance
• Communicating with site management and delivery drivers
• Carrying out general site duties when required

Requirements
