The role requires a valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket, construction site experience, and good health and safety awareness. You must be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket.
• Previous experience on a construction site.
• Good understanding of site health & safety procedures.
• Full PPE - hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control site traffic.
• Bank vehicles on and off site safely.
• Assist with deliveries and vehicle movements.
• Keep pedestrians and vehicles separated.
• Maintain a safe and organised site entrance.
• Communicate with site management and delivery drivers.
• Carry out general site duties when required.
