Job summary

Ballycommon are currently looking for experienced Vehicle / Plant Marshalls or Traffic Marshalls for a long-term project at Stansted Airport.

We prioritise candidates who are already airside cleared, but can consider those who will complete the full airport clearance process. You will marshal vehicles and deliveries, control movements, and work with site management to maintain safe operations in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• Valid A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshaller qualification or CSCS Traffic Marshall qualification.
• Previous experience as Vehicle Marshall, Plant Marshall or Traffic Marshall.
• Full PPE provided and used on duty.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Reliable and able to work in a busy airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Marshalling construction vehicles, plant and deliveries around site.

• Assisting with reversing operations and designated traffic routes.
• Working closely with site management and plant operators.
• Ensuring all site and airport safety procedures are followed.
• Maintaining safe access and egress throughout the working area.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are already airside cleared, however we can also consider candidates who are able to complete the full airport clearance process.

Requirements

• Valid A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshaller qualification or relevant CSCS Traffic Marshall qualification
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Marshall, Plant Marshall or Traffic Marshall
• Full PPE
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable and able to work within a busy airport environment

Airside Clearance

Candidates who are already airside cleared at Stansted Airport will be prioritised.

If you are not currently airside cleared, you will need to be able to provide:

• Full 5-year employment history
• Suitable employment references covering the required period
• DBS dated within the last 30 days
• If self-employed, relevant SA302 documentation to evidence periods of self-employed
• Any additional documentation requested as part of the airport vetting and security clearance process

Due to the nature of airport security clearance, applicants must be able to provide complete and accurate documentation without unexplained gaps.
