Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or distribution industries.
• Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure depot service levels meet targets and budgets.
• Oversee vehicle compliance and controls.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Direct sub-contractors to provide cost-effective service.
• Lead pre-brief and de-brief processes.
• Plan route contingencies.
• Drive continuous service improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage Traffic team effectively.
