Job summary

DX Freight is seeking a Traffic Clerk to join our team. The role requires a strong command of Excel, the ability to handle and escalate customer service complaints, and a solid understanding of warehousing operations.

Local geographical knowledge is advantageous, with preference for candidates experienced in traffic, warehousing or logistics settings. You will be part of a busy logistics operation delivering reliable service across the UK and Ireland, contributing to our Delivered Exactly

Qualifications

• Literate; with a high competence in Excel.
• Dealing with and escalating service complaints to ensure effective resolution for the customer and protecting the company image and brand.
• Knowledge of warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• It would be preferred that you have previous experience of working in traffic, warehousing or logistics operations and can demonstrate good local geographical knowledge.
